Afterpay is a payment option that allows customers residing in Australia to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
How it works
Afterpay offers instalment plans on orders valued up to $2,000. Buy what you want today, pay it in four instalments, interest-free.
- Select Afterpay at checkout as your payment method
- Log in or create your Afterpay account
- Your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks
What do I need to use Afterpay?
To qualify for Afterpay you must be at least 18 years of age, be living in Australia, and have a valid form of Australian credit or debit card. You will also need an Afterpay account, if you don't have one yet you can sign up here.
Can I use Afterpay to purchase subscriptions?
Afterpay only works with one-time payments and will not work for subscriptions. You will need to use Paypal, Credit Card, or Debit Card for subscriptions.
Are there any costs for using Afterpay?
There are no extra fees when you choose to pay using Afterpay. You will pay your instalments directly to Afterpay in accordance with the payment schedule Afterpay will send to you via email. If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged with late payment fees. Check the Afterpay website for more details www.afterpay.com.au/terms
How does the payment schedule work?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.
You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
Can I cancel my order if I paid with Afterpay?
Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. We'll do our best to process your request but please note that unfortunately, once your order ships out, we are unable to make any changes.
You will also need to contact Afterpay to arrange the cancellation of the recurring payment for your order.
How much is the minimum and maximum spend?
There is currently no minimum spend, while the maximum order (including delivery) is AUD $2000
