Can I skip or delay my next subscription schedule?Updated 9 months ago

You customize your subscription exactly the way you want. With your account, you can make any changes like modifying your next shipment date or postponing your order for a specific period.

First, open your account. You can login here or head to the account page on our website to log in.

Click Reschedule

A pop-up box will appear and you can choose to delay your order by 1 or 2 weeks, or choose a specific date when you want your subscription to resume.

You can also choose to skip just 1 order, in case you don't need to restock yet. Once that period passes your schedule will return to its regular sequence. 

Click Skip

A pop-up box will appear, simply click Yes to proceed.
