Help! I haven't received my orderUpdated 9 months ago

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after you placed your order, please contact our support team at [email protected] so we can look into it. 

Please note we are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. We are also unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched. 

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to the customer not being home during the time of delivery. If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, no refund will be provided. Costs to re-ship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
